Going on this journey gave me a new lens for life.  More than that, it gave me an understanding of why my old lens wasn’t working.

I went through a difficult season marked by severe anxiety and depression—to the point where I couldn’t functionally live my life.  I felt utterly hopeless and convinced that things would never get better.

I discovered this ministry and began sitting down with trusted leaders, embarking on a beautiful journey with Father God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus.  Through this process, I was able to uncover deep-seated roots embedded in my spirit that were creating openings for fear and hopelessness.  I began to understand the authority I had in choosing what I would allow into my life.

Together with Jesus, I linked arms with Him and said 'yes' to truth and goodness. I began reclaiming my life and His authority over it.

It didn’t happen overnight.  Slowly but surely, panic began to have less and less room in my heart, and peace began to take its place.

I wouldn’t be where I am today—fulfilled, filled with joy, and anchored in truth—if it weren’t for the process I walked through with this incredible team of prayer warriors. There are still moments of struggle, but now I am well equipped to move through them with Jesus.
